Our next Second Saturday Conversation is November 15, 2025. I will recall some insights from our guest in October, Arthur Dewey. He reminded us and illustrated for us the transformative and disclosive power of non-literal language. Some experiences can best be expressed non-literally. As Marcus says, some experiences can only be expressed non-literally. “Words that open… as real as you,” as Art put it in one of his poems. We will continue our reflections on the importance of language.
